David Tosher has been in the design and building professions in East Hampton since 1982. His comprehensive background includes building design, construction, construction management and the fine arts. This multidisciplinary expertise allows David to bridge the gap between innovative design concepts and practical construction realities, delivering projects that are both aesthetically compelling and structurally sound. He focuses on well-considered and scaled residential design with an emphasis on historic renovations, cottages, barns, and exhibition spaces.

He is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute, American Institute of Building Design and an associate member of the AIA. As a design consultant, David works in conjunction with a New York State licensed professional engineer to ensure that state and local codes are met and that all structural elements are accurate.
